Work on problems that matter. With people who deliver.

eiGroup teams sit between research and product. Your work ships to real customers, not slide decks. We hire for depth, intellectual honesty, and the appetite to own a hard problem end-to-end.

01 / How we hire

A short, honest
process that tests the
real work.

No riddles, no whiteboard theatre. Four steps that mirror how we actually build: read your work, talk to the team you'd join, scope a real problem, then make the call together.

  1. 01

    Application & portfolio

Send your CV alongside a portfolio, repositories, or publications. We read what you've built and shipped before we read a cover letter.

  2. 02

    Technical conversation

A 90-minute conversation with the team you'd actually join. We go deep on a problem from your domain — how you reason matters more than the answer.

  3. 03

    Paid trial project

A scoped, paid trial project over one to two weeks — or an extended technical interview if a trial isn't practical. Real work, real feedback, both ways.

  4. 04

    Offer & references

An offer, followed by two reference calls. We close fast once we're confident, and we tell you exactly where you stand at every step.

What we hire for

Depth, intellectual honesty, and the appetite to own a hard problem end-to-end.

02 / Open roles

Where we're
hiring now.

Each role sits inside a venture team and ships to production. Title, venture, and location below — if nothing fits, the general application is always open.

Don't see your discipline?

We're not actively hiring in this discipline right now, but we collect strong CVs. Send yours.

03 / General application

Introduce yourself.

One form, read by the team your work is closest to. Tell us what you've built and what you want to own next.
